The Chicken with the Golden Feather: Runescape money-making

f2p money-making guide.

You are probably looking at this because you are totally lost in runescape. Well, That is okay. We are all lost at one time.
but luckily for you, there is a guide making duo to help you.The only problem is that you're going to need a little money to
start out with. Not to worry! Just follow the guide below, and you will be millionare in no time!


Step 1, your start out money:


First, you must have enough money to work with. I reccomend about 150-300k (150,000gp- 300,000gp) to start out with. If you
don't think you can do this, you will be very surprised. Anybody can do it! Even a noob lvl 3! Here is a list of ways to
make that cash you need to start out:

1. Rune Essence- finish the rune mysteries quest, grab a pick, and go mine the ess! The quest is incredibly simple, you just
have to run an air talisman back and forth. If you want to make 1,500,000gp, mine about 10,000. You might say, "WTF!!! how
the hell can I mine 10,000 rune essence!!! My mining is too friggin' low! This guy is crazy!" Sell each essence for 30 each.
You will end up with 300k, but soon you will have 1.5M.

Well, I may be crazy, but I sure know what I am talking about. Rune essence is an incredibly easy rock to mine, and it is
really close to a bank.So, just get your ass out of Lumbridge and do it!

2. Cow hides- This is also easy. Go to Falador, and outside the south gate, if you go southish-west, you will find yourself
at a cow pen. In some worlds, noobs leave the hides on the ground. Luckily for you, you read this guide! Pick up the hides
the cows drop, and bank em. If there is nobody leaving the hides, just fight the cows yourself. This is a good way to get
your fighting up, and earn a little extra cash. Sell all of the cow hides you get for 200 each. If you get 1500 of them,
you have 300k. I don't personally like this method best. I reccomend the Rune Essence, but hey, it's your choice.

3. This one sucks, but I'm out of ideas, so here it goes. #3 is buying off forums and e-bay. You might be able to buy 300k,
but most people sell one mill at a time. A good price for one mill is around 20 dollars, so don't go higher. That means 300k
is about 6 dollars USD. If any method, as I said before, I would do the rune essence method.

OK, you are probably all riled up right now, thinking to yourself,"Yes, finally I can make some real money!!" Hold on there
Tiger! You have to make that money first. It may take you a while, but essence is the fastest way.

Step 2, Getting ready for the real money :

Yay!!!! You just finished getting that 10k-rune-ess/1.5k-cow-hide/ebay-thing, and sold/bought it! Hooray! Now we can start on
going to where the real money is.

If you did the amounts I suggested, you should have 300k. You may be like, "OMG!!! 300k!!! That's like, the most money I
have EVER had!!!!" Well, It gets A LOT better. There are 2 options to choose from.

Option 1:

Take all of your money out of the bank... It's ok.... you won't drop it..... almost.... almost.... there we go. Feel better?
Now run down to Port Sarim. Watch out for high level guys that can kill you . Remember that even if you have 300k, that
doesn't change the fact that you are low leveled.

Once you are in Port Sarim, go to the Feather shop and buy ALL of the feathers. You may think, "What the hell!! This retard
made me get 300k to spend on feathers!?!?!?"

Relax. Trust me. Buy the feathers. When all the feathers are gone, change worlds and buy all the feathers in that shop. Then
switch worlds again and buy all the feathers in that shop etc. etc.... The feathers should be 2gp each when you start buying, and about 12 when you stop buying. DO NOT BUY FROM THE SHOP WHEN THE PRICE OF ONE FEATHER GOES TO OVER 6GP!!! YOU WON'T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY!!!!! When you are done,
you should have a little less than 150,000 feathers. That's a lot, eh?

Option 2:

Go to the chickens and buy feathers 1-2gp each from the noobs there. Option 1 is a lot quicker, but you might be able to buy
for 1gp each at the chicken pen, therefore doubling the profit of 1.5M to 3M. It is very rare, but in some cases, it happens.
When you are done, you should have about 150-300k feathers. Easy, no?

Step 3, MONEY TIME!!!!

The moment has come. You are now ready to make real money. Pat yourself on the back. You made it this far. Again, there are 2 Options.

Option 1:

All you have to do for this option, is go onto the official runescape forums, and go into the fishing marketplace. It doesn't
matter if you aren't a member, you can still browse the forum. Find somebody who is buying feathers 10gp each, and PM them
in-game, or on the forums if you are a member. Do not sell any lower than 10gp each, or you won't make this huge profit.
You should end up with around 1.5M-3M. Do not spend it yet, I will tell you what to do with it later.

Option 2:

This isn't much different from option 1, it is just A LOT harder.Go to the fishing spot in lumbridge, or to the chicken pen.
Try to sell for 10gp each. I'm sure you'll get some deals, just not too many. I reccomend option 1 a lot more, but it is
up to you. You should end up with around 1.5M-3M. Do not spend it yet, I will tell you what to do with it later.

Step 4, More money???:

You may say, "Damn! I'm rich, and only level 3! This game is too easy..." But if you said that to MY face, I would yell back,
"You call that money? I can make WAY more than that!!", and now, I will tell you how to make more from that hard earned
money. You might be saying, "How can I possibly make more? Aren't I rich enough?" Well, that isn't the case.

All you have to do is go buy more feathers, and repeat the process. Easy? It should be. When you have SO much money that you
don't know what to do with it, buy masks for low prices, and sell them in a pack of all colors to people overpriced. You will
soon come to notice that not too many people check price guides, or they just don't know how to add. If you get all the
colors, you can sell for about 1M more than you bought for. That's right, a total profit of 1M. You can also merchant things
like party hats and santa hats. For Phats, I would do the same thing as monster masks, that is, if you can afford all the
colors. Just a red phat is 16M. With Santa hats, it is a lot different. Buy for cheap, and sell for a LOT moew that'll get you a huge profit!

hello i am new but i thought that your making money list is shit. Mt lewel is 91 and i got ower30mil in my bank so if u are membver the best way is to cut some magics and get your fleching up to 85 so u coukd flech and then get some bowstring and then just alchem the so u get from each 1536gp thats how i am making money or other ways get herbs and sell them 1k each easyest way just kill people in edgevile house and in 10min ull have 28k
