Does anyone know any places where I can get flash guides?

I just want to be able to make things in flash like the header here for example.

Ho to a place like Hot Scrips. You can download examples, ready made movies and full working stuff. I don't remember the sites I learned on, but just do a bunch of Google searches.

you can get files and programs on there so i would expect you would be able to get tuts as you call them on there yeah
