So in the early days of my musical life, I was into a lot of popular music... ya know, whatever was in the charts. An utter trendy I was.

When I was about 9, my dad bought a copy of "The World's Greatest Old Rock". Stuff like Led Zepplin, Queen, Alice Cooper and Meatloaf. I got hooked. I Was probably the only guy at my school listening to that kinda stuff.

When I hit 13, I moved to a new school. Wanting to make friends, I got back into popular music. I went back to dressing as a preppy/trendie. After I'd made some friends after about a year, I got into some serious hippie garb. Feel good music like Gomez and stuff you guys probably wouldn't have heard of. To be fair, I can't remember their names much.

I stuck with that 'till I was 16, and then got into metal bands like Linkin Park and Lost Prophets. I still listen to 'em. Spike belts and vans was my new style. Loved it. Went almost emo for a short while. Just the look. I'm not touching that dirty mentality. I'm loving life, and I'm sticking with that. My 16th summer was also when I first got stoned. It mellowed me out, chilled me out (as it does). Music became much more important to me.

The summer holidays past, my best mate intorduced me to Billy Talent, and suddenly punk rock was awesome. Anti-Flag, The Sex Pistols, The Clash, Bowling for Soup and so on so forth. Tight grey jeans, nautical stars, and anti-establishment are now what I'm living by. Emo bands are good to, but I don't listen to them much. I'm hating trendies now, and hate music like The Kooks and Arctic Monkeys. Following a trend then telling someone who dresses different to them that they "have no fashion sense" now really irks me. Individuality FTW!

So what about you guys? What do you guys fall under?

Metal head? Grunger? Punk? Whatever?

Well I say I would fill the clique of Rocker/Grunger/Punk stuff like that.

My Favourtie band are Feeder but I also like Muse, Lost Prophets, Queen, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Kasabian to name a few. Yesterday I heard my first Billy Talent song and I loved it so my aim now is to find an album or something of theres. I don't rwally dress in any style except I must wear jeans most of the time. I like going to the gigs of local bands such as Letters From London ( check 'em out on myspace). The town I live in is basically the place to go if you arean upcoming grunge/rock/punk band in the South East because all the main Rock gigs happen here and if you're liked here then you have a bright future.

I gotta think about this one for a minute.

My mom has had a huge influence on my music. Picture a four year old singing lyrics to the greats, Led Zep., Aerosmith, Elvis, Van Halen, all that kinda stuff. It all started there. She also introduced me into Classical, Bach, Mendolssen, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, all of the "real" greats in my opinion. And in all honestly, it stayed there until I was 'round 12 or 13. I had my very, very brief Rap phase, which I look back on with sadness. 7th grade or so, it has stayed fairly the same. Linkin Park, metal bands, bands like that. I've gotten much more toleralnant of music now, I like all sorts now. ranging from The Autumn Offering and Slipknot to Classical to Tool, to even a small bit of AFI. My music has always influenced how I wanted to look. My mom made sure that I had family honor and stayed what she deemed good until 'round 7th grade. Brand Boy = Me. Ocean Pacific, Natica, Tommy Hilfiger, all the things like that. Expensive clthes, that;s what me mum wanted for me. I'm kinda glad she had high standards for me. I changed it all in 7th grade, and my appearence reflected me more. My short hair became long. Things like that.

I had only two main phases: Preppy brand boy and punk rocker. I'm in the Punk Rocker phase still.

Tool, Slipknot, Mozart, Live, Nickelback, Nirvana, A Perfect Circle, AFI(although I'm not liking them right now),System of a Down, Snow Patrol, everything. I like pretty much anything you can throw at me, those were just off the top of my head.

Oooo I forgot Alice in Chains! How foolish!

Just a little about me.
