The controls were touchy at best on the Wii. I found rotating the camera extremely dificult. To rotate the camera you must tilt the remote to the left or right. You can also attack by shaking the remote from side to side, and perform other combos with other movements. Luckily you can also use the buttons, but they aren't well placed for this type of game.

I played the first level on the Wii, and I played Ultimate Alliance start to end on the 360. The 360 had far superior graphics, and control. The cut scenes didn't feel HD on the 360, but you couldn't tell on the Wii since it was hooked up through composite cables.

The story was decent, but felt short even thought there were about fifteen to thirty hours of gameplay. They didn't do much character development with the villians, so anyone not familiar with them would have to talk to every available NPC just to get a little background.

All and all Marvel UL was a solid game. I just couldn't stand playing it with the Wii remote. Either grab a standard or classic Wii controller, or play it on another console. If you can play it on another console treat yourself to the 360 or PS3 versions, they are far superior graphically.

Well, then that would explain why I had such a difficult time with the camera. I would still have to say that the controls on the Wii were clumsy at best.

Is that a major downfall for the Wii in your opinion rsstites? The clumsiness of the controls of many games?

I wouldn't say 'of many games'. I would say 'most games that are developed cross platform. Trying to tweak normal game control so it works with the Wii's remote is tricky at best.

I would say that the Wii's two greatest fallbacks are that normal game control is out of the question, which can make things difficult, and the extremely limited graphics. I really don't see much of a difference over GC games.

Yea about the crossplatform games too like COd3 it is horribly clumsy. Wii is super fun to play. 360 has good graphics and good shooters.so buy a 360 and wii and ur set.

I agree with rsstites on this one. I really enjoyed the Xbox 360 and PS3 editions of this game better than the Wii.
