I think you just have to be in a wifi area.

and i've tried and tried but it doesnt work for me

err no. we just have this 2wire thing that i guess sends out the wireless internet crap. and a usb that recieves it.i guess

Well, you have to have a wireless internet router (Look for an antenna, mine is a little box with a series of lights on the front indicating connection, with an antenna on the back), and then you have to know the password for it (If at all), and you are pretty much set. Be warned, PSP Web surfing sucks, I tried it before and it really isnt all that great..
