Making Cell Phone Games...

I'm going to be talking with Nokia at E3, and will probably end up trying my hand at making a cell phone game in the near future. I've made crappy flash games, but never coded in Java which is what the cell phones use so I've got some learnin to do.

What type of cell phone games are good? Puzzle, 2D Side Scrollers, flying ones like 1942, etc?

I've never made a puzzle game, but I will attempt one once I learn Java. I just don't know where I'll find the time to learn Java.
