Does anyone here know how to hash a password, and how it works? I'm not a scripting person - I know some basics with PHP and can play around with it and figure out how to do things, and install things- and was just wondering if anyone here knows about hashing and could maybe explain the concept to me?

A hash is like a crypted password or word. Most forums hashs there passwords, like phpbb does for example. You just have to decrypt the hash with a md5 thing. Like on milw0rm.com

I think I may have found an exploit for one of this sites mods. Im going to test it later to find out. I dont think it will though, if it does then you will all know Razz
