Smart Phones

Palm and Microsoft working together to make better phones. And better phones means better games can be played on them. The new smart phones will run on the Windows Mobil 5.0 platform. They can connect to the internet using wi-fi and other methods. (they are more advanced versions of the current Blackberry)

You can do pretty much anything with your smart phone that you can do with your pc. You can pm, e-mail, and play games.

There are a ton of games that can be played on these types of palm/pocket pc integrated phones. My personal favorite is Insaniquarium (I don't know if I spelled that correctly). There is a web version of Insaniquarium around as well. I've also seen Tetris, and several RTS games.

The PSP and DS need to be careful, one of these days they're going to start porting good pc games to this format. Then you will be able to take pictures, send e-mails, watch tv (you already can), play music, do your homework, print documents, and play games all on your cell phone.

The smart phones should all be out by Christmas, and will cost from around $300 to $400.

That is really expensive, even if you play your phone alot, it just seems silly and pointless. Why I ask you, why, would ANYONE pay $$$400$$$ for a [explicit] phone?!?!?!?!?!?! I ask you!

I spent £100 on a sony erricson.

Mobile phones are becoming a big thing.

Sony's best bet would to make the PSP become a phone as well.

My next cell will probably be one of the smart phones. My palm pilot was killed before its time, and I really miss having a full computer in my pocket. And with the smart phones you can hook up a keyboard and type away. You can go on the internet, go on forums, watch videos, and do whatever you can with a laptop or desktop.

I think the smart phones will kill the Pocket PC's and the Palm Pilots. But I'm always up for better technology.
