Elite Rules

1. A new panel will be established, they will be able to have a section where only the members of the panel can post. Users will apply to this panel; this panel will then review posts, and overall contributions to the forum. If the panel approves the user for being an Elite the user will then get to become an elite right.

2. To prevent corrupt users from controlling the panel, the general elite group will be able to call for referendums for a user. This can only happen in the case of a regular user being denuded by the elite panel for reasons the General elite population sees as invalid or unreasonable. (See appeals system)

3. We will have two ways to get an appeal on your elite election/panel deal. You can convince the majority of the elites that you were screwed and there can be a referendum (75% of the active elites must approve this before you get a poll). The other option is that you send a pm to a member of the 3 man overview panel. This panel will then review the reasons posted by the original panel, and your posts. If they deem it needed they will make you a poll. **You get two free appeals** (This means if you apply you will get a review (Does not mean you will get a poll)). After you use up your two freebies then you must present evidence that the panel was incorrect, if you do and the review panel accepts your evidence they will then, review your posts and set up a poll if warranted.

4. All panel members will be elected every 6 weeks. The review panel will be elected every 3 months. However an election can happen at anytime if more then 55% of the elites think a change is needed. The panel members do not need to show there deliberations to the general elite body, but it will be required to post it within the panel's private section, so the review panel will be able to review it.

5. You will be able to apply every 3 weeks but you will only get two free appeals for the life of your HeroesOfGaming account.

6. To be considered for elite you must be an active member of the forum, and have contributed to the site as a whole. At this time we have no set post count.

7. You can be de-Elited if you break forum rules. (This is at Elite discretion.) De-Elition will be handled by the Elite panel but for any de-Elition to happen a poll for the general elite population to vote must happen.

8. For Elite: If you become an Elite you can apply for free hosting, a free email, and on the forum you will get a private forum to post in and the elite title.

When the admin sets the titles and makes the forum pm him i pmed him to if many people do it maybe he will make it...

I'm working on it, I just posted in the Moderator's section, but I'll put a little recap here too. The title isn't going to be a bid deal, but making a hidden room for members of a group is a little more difficult. It will happen, I just can't say how soon.
