A combination of evolution, and a series of chemical and biological reactions, both of which take part by chance.

How could a God exist when all this crap goes on in the world? Death, famine, war, disease?

If God was as loving as people say he was, we wouldn't have to deal with all that BS...

How could a God exist when all this crap goes on in the world? Death, famine, war, disease?

If you know about God, he gave us the chance to have no problems.
But along with free will. Our inability to not be able to do rights all the time caused us the punishment of having these burdens.
And If we live our lives honestly, purely when we die we will have no burdens and enter an eternal life where nothing can go wrong.

If God was as loving as people say he was, we wouldn't have to deal with all that BS...

What's easier to believe? A series of cells grow via mitosis over millions of years, or that some unseen "god" made everything.

yes he does, and people who arnt atheist will say yes, and atheists will say no.... and as for what snort it said about the percentage believing in God, that doesnt mean the Christian god it means god in general...not just Christians believe in God.
