Post count

I think we shouldn't show the post count of a user in a thread when they post. We should only show it in the user's profile, like when you click on the member's list. This will stop some of the new members that join from posting just to get their post count up.

Either way. The people who spam will probably spam anyway. It is just how they have fun on forums. It is just their way. But there is a consensus to change, the of course I will.

As i have said before i like the post count. A high post count lets people know that you have been around for a while and might make them want to stay if a lot of ppl have good post counts.

People will spam, but people also spam for post count. I like what rickjames is saying, but I don't think it will help much. And for recognition? That is what the top ten posters are for.

When you first arrived i didn't think you deserved your posts but you cleaned up so i think yes you do deserve to be on it *Ps i got on it recently thanks to my high post count Wink
