I'm struggling to comprehend this... You actually, genuinley believe that if a person tells another person to shut up, then that person can/will call the cops?
That makes no sense.
For a few reasons.
1) The police are not going to waste their time over something like that, when there are far more serious things to deal with, say thieving/stabbing/any other crime imaginable.
2) Its not illegal to tell a person to shut up. If that was the case, most people would be in jail quite a lot.
3)That's not even an accurate human resonse. I have never hear someone say "Hey yo, you can't tell me to shut up! I'm calling the cops!"
Makes no lick of sense! |

| Ok i just watched the video again and it has just made me hate her even more. One of the signs said Thank God for Dead Soiliders. People DIED for freedom of speech but it is wrong to say such things. It is just inhuman to say that these people deserve to die. Anyone who thinks otherwise is in my opinion a heartless person |

Which again, says that its not illegal to tell somebody to shut up.
Congress is the name of the main legislative body in a state that operates under a congressional system of government, which basically means your government. Now, it may well say that it is illegal to pass a law that supresses freedom of speech. But it says nothing about the individuals.
Not only that, but your "freedom of speech" can apply to you as well. You can say that it is entirely within your rights to be free to speak (which it is) and to say "shut up, ho!".
Now, you still haven't answered my question. Where does it say that it is illegal to tell somebody to shut up? |
