So, do you think the cease fire will actaully work, or will they start attacking the hell out of each other again.

Me being what Frd thinks I am, I say it won't last as this has been going on forever.

First I've heard of a cease fire... Bugger, I should really start watching the news again.

In the history of things, Cease Fires are always very iffy. The IRA one is evidence of that... whilst its been peaceful at the mo, when it first started up, all sorts of bad shenanigans were going down.

I don't know much about the situation, but there's going to still be a lot of hatred flying about... so no doubt there'll be sparks a flying for a while.

agreed cease fires are long term projects hence it takes them a while to kick in there are always problems at the start

I can't see it working, I just think theres too much conflict to stop it, I dunno. . . I heard about it, but I mean, I cant see it stopping.

i think if enforced well it will help however people seem to be useless at enforcing it therefore it will not stop anything at all in the long run imo

I think it wont stop as it only really takes one small group of people to break it, even if everyone else agrees with the ceasefire. And everybody never agrees on any one thing.

I thought we were talking about one in Iraq... hence why I hadn't heard of it.
