Just watched a documentery on marajuana. seems its illegal due to the
1937 Tax Stamp Act. It was a way of regulating the import and cultivation of marajuana, by means of tax stamps. Acoriding to the govornment it is the gateway drug to cocaine, extacy, ect. 'sall about money boys,
