Use the black market at your own risk, Heroes of Gaming does not condone any act that may be in violation of the Runescape 2's rules. Additionally, we will not get involved if any issues which may arise. So please, trade at your own risk.

So if you scamed dont cry to us, please inform us via pm but do not post about it! We will try to help you but remember their is not much we can do!

No, make a report a scammer section. You need to post proof, and the person will be banned. If tehre is no proof, the person should recieve a "Trade with Caution" mark. Always make sure to use an official MM.
