why didnt the site work and why is it now going pretty slow?

The hosting company had moved to a new location, and moved our site to a new server. They contacted me and said that they were having some technical issues with the power grid (I believe). They said it may take up to 4 hours before things are fully up again.

Hopefully the new server ends up being more stable than other ones they had us on. I'll give them a chance to get the bugs worked out.
