This is what our game pages look like right now: http://www.heroesofgaming.com/halo_3

This is the first draft of what it will look like:

The example is rough, but we just have to add more graphics, fix the color, add the modified left and top menu bars, and fix the overall layout and design; but what is important is that it works and looks much better.

What do you think?

Do you think you could post a side by side comparison of the old vs the new?

How about this one. The new (working) version is on the left and the current one is on the right. The old (current) one looks like a blog, while the new one has the review score, game info, a horizontal menu bar, and graphic bar specifc to each game.

We're still working on the design; this is a rough draft.

I would alter the color scheme you have on the new version. The title Heroes of Gaming is fine, but every below that is tough make out. It is hard to see the white text in a red background. The text below the Halo 3 Master Chief picture is perfect. Black text with a white background is very clear and easy to read.

That's just a placeholder image. The color scheme will not change from the current version. This is more of a proof of concept image. Now we have to make it look right.

That sounds like a great idea. How far are the FAQ and cheat sections coming along?

Are they big things for what people go for on the main site? Are those things people want?

Not really. The main site gets most of its traffic from reviews and MUGEN, but that's all that is really on the main site. I need to add more variety, if the main site is to start growing again.

The main site has stayed at the same level of traffic, and the forum has dropped drastically.

Six months ago the main site increased its traffic by over 100 times, but it has just been holding its traffic for the last two months.

Okay, the new game pages are almost done, just some minor bug fixes then I'll make some graphical and design changes.

That was one of the bugs/glitches. It kept earasing half the game review options. It's fixed now, I just need to make some adjustments.
