I was just going through my press kits from E3 and found the price announcement from Sony. The Playstation 3 is announced to cost $499 for the 20GB model, and at $599 for the 60GB model at launch in November.

IDK really the price difference isnt that much for 40gigs....If/when I get it, Ill proly just stick to 20g...seems like enough space IMO, wtf else would you put on it?

I don't know whether or not I'll be getting it.

With GTA and Final Fantasy on the 360 now, I won't have a need to get it.

Yeah, I have a lot of random Sony crud that I can no longer use, well I can, I just choose not to. IDK Ill see how good it is on launch. Even though theres more games on the Playstation, most of them are REALLY BAD!

I just checked the announced games for each system, and there are about one to two hundred more planned for the 360 at the moment.

Yeah, it seems a little pricey. I'll need to get the 60 gig one too.

i always go for the bigger version. and 40 gigs for $100 isnt much.

And it is pretty much necessary if you want to use it as a TiVo, or use some of its other cool features.
