I have a lot of respect for the users of this forum. Am asking for comments on my planned build. I will use it for gaming and some overclocking. Any and all comments will be appreciated. Chances are this might be my final build and I want it to be kinda OK. My specific questions are: should I use 4GB RAM?: should I go step farther and do SLI?; or should I wait for the Nov. NVidea cards? Here is the build: thanks for your input!!

Well, my style is to go for the perfect combination of what you need, what you want and what you can afford.

If money isn't an issue, then upgrade the heck out of it. If there are better things (or people) to spend the money on, then save it for them.

Overall, your build seems to spec up there with an Alienware pc, so it should be a great system for at least 1.5 to 2 years.

Right now my best gaming PC only has 2 gigs of ram and the second best nvidia card.
